Channel Gates - Series 25

| The Fontaine SERIES 25 Channel Gate is the same construction as the SERIES 20 Sluice Gate except that it does not have a top seal. It is made of stainless steel and has very high corrosion and erosion resistance, allowing many years of operation with minimum maintenance. The gate is also lighter and easier to handle and install than those made of cast iron. The unique sealing system of the SERIES 25, with its UHMWPE side seals that extend up to the top frame, keep leakage in positive seating below 0.05 U.S. gpm per foot of perimeter (0.60 l/min per metre), which is just half the maximum allowed by AWWA standard C513. |

Stop Plates - Series 92

The Fontaine SERIES 92 Stop Plate is designed to adapt to all applications thanks to a unique sealing system allowing it to seal in both directions. The SERIES 92 sealing system, with its EPDM lip seals and UHMWPE guide bars, keeps leakage in positive seating below 0.1 U.S. gpm per foot of perimeter (1.25 l/min per metre), which meets AWWA standard C513.

| Fontaine Stop Plate frames are made of stainless steel while the slide is supplied in either stainless steel or aluminum. The combination allows great design flexibility and a stop plate that is lighter and easier to install. |
